he
creates amazing, temporal works of art on the sand. his work is reminiscent of
andy goldsworthy's. i am so lucky as to have had the pleasure of hearing mr. goldsworthy speak, watch
rivers and tides, a documentary film about him, with him in the audience with us, and seeing some of his work while he was an artist-in-residence at my college. but i digress. artists who create temporal works meant to be temporary and destroyed rather quickly intrigue me.

a
chef and artist? swoon. don't worry, bear. i don't want him, just his career(s).
