yizaaaaawn

tomorrow is the first day of the semester. :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

i will miss:
  • lazy days with the bear spent wholly on the couch with our laptops and watching tv.
  • watching tv, movies, the internets, and actually being connected to what is happening in the world outside of school.
  • seeing friends.
  • cooking.
  • baking.
  • going out to eat with friends and family.
  • seeing the bear while we're both awake.
  • cuddling with and connecting with the bear.
  • catching up on and keeping on top of regular life stuff--ya know, paying bills, taking care of misc. personal paperwork, turning library books in on time, etc., etc.
  • sleeping in.
  • sleeping. period.
  • cleaning and seeing the fruits of my labor. not the cleaning part, but OMG do i feel so much better when things are clean and in order. i'm just OCD like that. too bad i hate cleaning with a passion. one day, after school is done, i have a decent-paying job (ha! a dream in this industry), and the student loans are paid off, i'll hire a house cleaning service. well, one can dream.
  • going to bed at the same time as the bear. waking up at the same time as mr. bear.
  • having lazy weekends.
  • sleeping. goodness, i love sleep.
seriously, though, having long breaks again is ah. may. zing. i really relished every moment of this break, even when working part-time through a good part of it. sweet, sweet winter break, farewell.
