is it just me, or does that kind of squeaky feeling your teeth and tongue get while biting into a poached egg bug anyone else? don't get me wrong, i lurve a properly poached egg, and not the kind that you make in those microwave egg poachers (although i did rely on that gizmo quite a bit in college...like for dinner every night).

I don't do poached eggs, period.

I only eat poached eggs with eggs benedict. I have never tried to make them though.
